Refund policy

 

Domestic Orders (USA):

We hope you truly love your new Ellettelle item. However, we understand how hard it is to buy clothes without first trying them on. 

To start a return, you can contact us at talktous@ellettelle.com  or click here. Please make sure to note your order number and a reason for your return. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

We have a 14-day return policy for full-price merchandise on US orders (50 states, excluding Guam and Puerto Rico), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a full refund, you must ship the items back within 7 days of requesting the return via email. If shipped after 7 days, you will be given a store credit to use for your future purchase, or charged a restocking fee of 10%. Our items are made in very small quantities, so holding on to an item that you intend to return reduces our chances of selling it. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping fees.

Once the item is received back at Ellettelle, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

International orders:

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds on international orders. All international orders are considered final sale.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within the first 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We will not accept requests for price adjustments.

Exchanges

Please email us if you wish to make an exchange at talktous@ellettelle.com. We will do our best to make it right for you.
