1. How to pronounce your brand name? What does it mean or how does it translate? 

 

To rid you of any hesitancy whether you say our name right, here is how to pronounce it [elitèl], stress on the last syllable. It has no real meaning or translation behind it. "Elle" means "she" in French language, so we wanted to give our brand a name that is very feminine, with a European heritage, and also unique. Because those are three things we stand for.


2. Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we offer shipping all over the world, unless there are certain restrictions and sanctions in place due to international relations between the countries.  These regulations are out of our control. 
Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. You may have to pay customs fees & duties upon your package arrival in the country of destination. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and customs duties. Sorry, no free shipping offer for international orders. 
Also, please keep in mind, all international orders are considered final sale, and can not be returned.
